Dubai has seen the emergence of a new approach to wellness gatherings, with the first Longevity Night bringing preventive health and social experiences together.
Hosted by Longevium at its flagship clinic in Triple Seven Mall, Jumeirah 3, the event welcomed more than 80 UAE residents, including nationals and expatriates. Guests participated in a range of health assessments while engaging with longevity specialists in an informal setting.
The evening featured rapid assessments including VOโ max testing, body composition analysis, AI-assisted facial diagnostics and vaginal microbiome testing. These activities were combined with music, healthy refreshments, collagen drinks and discussions around preventive health and personal wellbeing. Also read: Advanced Shoulder Surgery Helps Restore Mobility for Patient with Severe Bilateral Disease
Organisers said the event reflects growing interest in proactive health management, with individuals increasingly seeking to understand health risks and physical wellbeing before symptoms emerge. The concept also highlights a broader shift toward wellness-oriented social communities, where health goals become part of everyday lifestyles rather than being limited to clinical appointments.
Longevium also offers a physician-led Longevity Day programme, which combines biomarker testing, imaging and specialist consultations to develop personalised health strategies. The clinic operates three locations across Dubai, including Jumeirah 3, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Jumeirah Village Circle, supporting its focus on preventive and longevity-focused healthcare.
