Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has marked the groundbreaking of Dubai Creek Gardens, an AED3 billion residential development in DHCC Phase 2 that aims to strengthen the area’s position as an integrated healthcare, wellness and lifestyle destination.

Developed by Global Partners Ltd, the project will span more than 127,000 square metres along Dubai Creek and is designed as a low-density, nature-focused community. Around 70% of the development will be dedicated to landscaped gardens, parks, sports facilities and other wellness-oriented open spaces.

Dubai Creek Gardens will feature more than 1,400 residential units, alongside retail and dining facilities. The project will also introduce the UAE’s first Westin and Renaissance branded residences in collaboration with Marriott International.
