Abu Dhabi-based M42 and Global Medical Supply Chain (GMSC), a subsidiary of Mubadala Bio, have signed an outsourcing agreement to strengthen medical supply chain services across M42’s healthcare network.
Signed during the Make it in the Emirates 2026, the agreement supports the UAE’s goals of localising critical industries, improving supply chain resilience, and building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem.
Under the agreement, GMSC will manage an integrated supply chain model across M42’s network, including sourcing and procurement, demand planning, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. The partnership will cover pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, equipment, and instruments.
