The PHA Groupย has appointed Nivey Nocher to lead the Groupโs health offer which spans consumer health & wellness, medical communications and medical education.
Nocher joins as Executive Vice President, Health. She sits on the PHAโs Executive Committee with the remit to drive growth across the firmโs health client portfolio and deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns.
Alongside a core team of 16 health specialists, including those with medical PhDs, Nocher will be able to draw on the agencyโs consumer, corporate, reputation & technology practices, creative & strategy functions, and earned, digital and social media experts to build teams around clients and solve for their individual communications ranging from engaging consumers & patients all the way through to educating health professionals.
Nocher is a senior communications strategist with over two decades of experience spanning integrated brand strategy, global public health, policy and social impact. She joins the agency with deep expertise advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, alongside charities, non-profits, and academic institutions operating at the forefront of global health. Her previous roles include senior positions at Interpublic Group agencies Current Global and dna Communications.

Throughout her career, Nocher has led integrated communications strategies for multiple therapeutic launches, helping organisations bring new innovations to market while shaping narratives around their scientific, societal and patient impact. Her experience spans a wide range of therapy areas including, non-communicable diseases, infectious and neglected diseases, mental health, environmental health and rare diseases.
She is also highly experienced across the full brand lifecycle, from early pipeline positioning and pre-launch strategy to launch delivery and post-marketing reputation management. As an advocate for health and social equity, Nivey encourages organisations to take bold, values-driven positions on the issues shaping global health.
