Freeman Health System has announced the appointment of Renee Denton as Market President for the Missouri/Kansas market, effective May 18, 2026.

Denton has served Freeman Health System for 17 years and most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Rural Hospitals. She brings 38 years of combined clinical and operational hospital experience, along with a nursing background and extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery and system operations.

Throughout her tenure, Denton has been recognized for her mission-driven leadership, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and organizational culture.

In her new role as Market President, she will support system alignment across the Missouri and Kansas markets while helping advance Freeman Health System’s strategic priorities.
