10X Health has appointed Shivani Kaul as Chief Legal Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it expands its global precision health and wellness platform.

Kaul brings more than 20 years of global experience in legal strategy, compliance, enterprise risk, and regulatory governance across highly regulated industries. Throughout her career, she has advised leadership teams on large-scale transactions, operational integrations, and complex commercial agreements.

The company stated that Kaul has played a key role in more than $8 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, while also negotiating over $10 billion in commercial agreements.

“As 10X Health scales globally and operates across an increasingly complex regulatory landscape, having a world-class legal and risk leader isn’t optional it’s foundational,” said Brandon Dawson.

“Shivani brings the rare combination of deep healthcare regulatory expertise, transactional experience at scale, and the scientific fluency to truly understand what we’re building,” he added.

As Chief Legal Officer, Kaul will oversee legal, compliance, and enterprise risk functions across 10X Health’s expanding international operations, supporting the company’s governance and growth strategy.

Kaul holds a Juris Doctor, a Master of Public Health, and a degree in microbiology, reflecting her focus on healthcare, science, and law.
