Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi proudly shares news of the Fatima bint Mubarak Center achieving JCI’s three-year accreditation, reinforcing healthcare excellence. This accolade strengthens its position in advanced cancer care in the UAE and the wider region.
The JCI employs the SAFER Matrix, a robust tool identifying and categorizing safety-related risk factors. The standards promote continuous organization-wide improvements in patient care. Achieving this recognition within a year of operation establishes the Fatima bint Mubarak Center as a benchmark for world-class care.
Dr. Stephen Grobmyer, Institute Chair of the Oncology Institute, said, “This accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our multidisciplinary teams. Recognition by the world’s preeminent international accreditation body further solidifies our position as a healthcare leader delivering world-class care closer to home.”
The center recently attained LEED Gold certification, symbolizing its commitment to sustainability. With substantial investments in research, innovation, and modern technology, including Ethos adaptive radiotherapy, TARE-Y90 therapy, and a chemotherapy robot, the Fatima bint Mubarak Center is on track to becoming the premier oncology facility in the region.
