Abu Dhabi witnessed the commencement of the 3rd Annual International Anesthesia and Acute Care Conference, running in conjunction with the International Conference of Surgical Specialties in Battlefield. Under the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Precision Medicine in Anesthesia and ICU,” the event gathers over 130 global experts in anesthesia, intensive care, and surgery.
Brigadier General Staff Doctor Sarhan Muhammad Al Neyadi, Commander of the Medical Services Corps, Ministry of Defence, inaugurated the event, highlighting its significance in advancing healthcare. He stressed the importance of collaboration in addressing global health challenges, highlighting the UAE’s humanitarian efforts in disaster-stricken regions. The conference features tracks on Anesthesia and Pain, Critical Care Medicine, and Surgery & Transplant, addressing various topics.
Colonel Dr. Awadh Ali Al Mahri, Head of Anesthesiology Department at Sheikh Zayed Military Hospital, chairs the conference, aiming to enhance healthcare in the UAE. Distinguished experts are leading discussions on critical medical issues, bolstering the nation’s healthcare sector.
