Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) is participating in the Sheikh Zayed Summer Festival 2026 in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, as part of its community health and prevention initiatives.
Until August 23, SSMC is conducting educational sessions and interactive workshops for children, families, and visitors, focusing on practical health and safety skills.

The programme covers sports injury prevention, CPR, bleeding control, burn prevention, choking first aid, heart health, chest pain awareness, child safety, and nutrition. Visitors can also practise essential first aid and emergency response techniques under the guidance of SSMC healthcare professionals.
The initiative highlights SSMC’s commitment to taking health education beyond the hospital and promoting prevention, safety, and community wellbeing through direct public engagement.
