Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH) and Oracle Health have announced plans to explore a strategic collaboration focused on developing an intelligent healthcare ecosystem that connects clinical, genomic and research data.

The proposed initiative would combine KFSH’s clinical and research expertise with Oracle Health’s cloud, data and artificial intelligence capabilities. The collaboration aims to provide clinicians with relevant insights at the point of care while helping researchers accelerate the development of new treatments.

The organisations are considering four key areas: connecting healthcare data across different systems, advancing personalised medicine, applying responsible AI to clinical decision-making, and accelerating biomedical research.

By integrating clinical, genomic and research information, the initiative seeks to address challenges caused by fragmented data and support faster movement from research findings to patient care.

The proposed collaboration also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 healthcare transformation goals and aims to support improvements in patient experience, clinical care and biomedical innovation. The announcement was made during the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit in Orlando, Florida, on 1 October 2026.
