Held at Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz, the event featured discussions on how health data and personalised insights can help individuals make more informed decisions about their wellbeing. The programme also highlighted Dubaiโs growing focus on longevity and preventive healthcare.

A key feature was the showcase of Thrive by myAster, a DHA-certified health assessment that analyses more than 100 biomarkers across multiple health systems. Available through the myAster app, the service combines health data with expert interpretation and personalised guidance to help users identify practical steps for improving their health.
