The Gulf Health Council has launched a comprehensive guide under its “Choose Healthy” campaign to encourage healthier eating habits and increased physical activity across GCC countries. Running from 28 June to 11 July, the campaign promotes practical, sustainable lifestyle changes through simple daily actions.
The guide offers easy-to-follow recommendations on planning balanced meals, choosing nutritious foods, controlling portion sizes, and making healthier decisions in everyday environments. It emphasizes that small, consistent changes can have a lasting impact on overall health.
