March 2026- WHOOP, the human performance technology company, has announced plans to create more than 600 new positions across software, research and design, hardware, product and marketing functions as part of its global expansion strategy. The recruitment drive highlights the companyโs strategic focus on strengthening its workforce to shape the future of human performance and health technology.
The hiring initiative coincides with the launch of a new employer branding campaign, reinforcing WHOOPโs commitment to building a world-class team as it enters its next stage of growth.

The more than 600 roles, set to be rolled out throughout 2026, will cover technical, scientific, creative and commercial disciplines. The expansion reflects continued investment in hardware innovation, advanced research, product development and global brand development. Most of the new positions will be based at WHOOPโs headquarters in Bostonโs Kenmore Square, with additional recruitment planned across North America, Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council region and Asia.
