Eng. Mohammad AlJamal CEO & Founder, MedQuick
As CEO and Founder of MedQuick, Eng. Mohammad AlJamal leads with a strong sense of purpose, balancing healthcare innovation with the personal values that keep him grounded. While his professional journey focuses on creating impact within healthcare, his greatest fulfillment comes from family, football, and the lessons life offers beyond business.
For AlJamal, some of the most meaningful moments happen in complete silence.
“Just before I leave for work, I look at my three children sleeping peacefully and my wife beside them. In that stillness, everything becomes clear,” he shares.
That quiet moment each morning reminds him of what truly matters and gives deeper meaning to the work and responsibilities ahead.
Finding Balance Beyond Work
After demanding workweeks, AlJamal believes recharging begins by reconnecting with family. Spending quality time with loved ones helps him reset and maintain balance amid the pressures of leadership.
Football also remains a major part of his life. A passionate supporter of Inter Milan and an active member of the Inter Club, he rarely misses a match.
“There is a unique energy in the game that helps me switch off and fully immerse myself, even if only for a few hours,” he says.
Beyond football, cycling offers him another way to disconnect, reflect, and stay active.

Leadership Shaped by Family Values
One of AlJamal’s greatest inspirations has been his father, whose influence came through actions rather than words.
“He carried himself with discipline, strength, and integrity,” AlJamal reflects.
From him, he learned that leadership begins with character and that consistency is essential for long-term success. These values continue to shape both his professional decisions and personal outlook.
A Passion for Healthcare
Although entrepreneurship led him into healthcare innovation, AlJamal says medicine was always close to his heart.
“I have always been drawn to healthcare and its impact on people’s lives. I believe I would have pursued a career as a doctor,” he explains.
His work at MedQuick reflects that same commitment to improving healthcare experiences and creating meaningful impact.

The Power of Teamwork
One of the biggest lessons in his journey came from learning that success cannot be built alone.
“True progress comes from building the right team, trusting others, and allowing people to contribute,” he says.
For AlJamal, collaboration is more than a business strategy it is the foundation of sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term success.
