Abu Dhabi, UAE- November 2024- November is globally recognized as Men’s Health Awareness Month, a month dedicated to raising awareness about men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health, often symbolized by growing moustaches for Movember. In support of this important cause, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is hosting a special ‘Ride with Rixos’ cycling event on 30th November. Held in collaboration with Shanab, the event invites the community to join a scenic ride along Abu Dhabi’s stunning Corniche while embracing the Movember spirit.

Starting at 6:45 AM, guests are invited to gather at the starting point at the front entrance of Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi for a quick briefing followed by an energizing warm-up session. At 7:15 AM, the 20km scenic cycle begins, offering participants a unique way to show their support for men’s health while enjoying a leisurely ride in the winter sun.

Once participants reach the finish line, they will be welcomed inside the property to experience the pinnacle of Turkish hospitality with an array of refreshments. Riders are also invited to cool down with a post-ride stretching session in the property’s dedicated wellness area. Afterwards, riders are invited to finish their morning with breakfast bites, allowing them plenty of opportunities to mingle with fellow participants and soak up the incredible atmosphere before the event wraps up at 9:00 AM.

‘Ride with Rixos’ is a growing community initiative that combines wellness with charitable causes through group cycling, with this being its 5th edition. The event launched in June 2023 on World Bicycle Day and has since attracted significant attention, welcoming over 800 participants. Each edition supports various partners, collaborating with organizations such as Friends of Cancer Foundation and The Pink Caravan.
