Response Plus Holding and its subsidiaries coordinated the safe repatriation of vulnerable European travellers from the UAE during ongoing global airline disruptions
March 2026- Response Plus Holding PJSC and its subsidiaries, ICATT RESPONSE PLUS and Prometheus Medical International, have completed the repatriation of several European citizens from the UAE during the ongoing global airline disruption.
The coordinated operation focused on supporting vulnerable travellers, including Italian citizens, an elderly British national, families with young children and individuals requiring additional medical supervision. The mission ensured their safe return to their respective countries in Europe.
The repatriation effort was supported by specialized planning and operational teams, who worked to organise safe travel arrangements and manage passenger transit procedures throughout the operation.
The initiative also highlighted the growing importance of integrated repatriation and travel risk management services during periods of aviation disruption. RPM collaborated closely with its subsidiaries and airline partners to quickly mobilise resources and facilitate the safe movement of affected passengers.
HE Lorenzo Fanara, Italian Ambassador to the UAE, thanked RPM and ICATT RESPONSE PLUS for their support, adding: “I am very grateful to ICATT RESPONSE PLUS and RPM for their excellent organization of today’s flight from Sharjah to Bergamo which will allow many Italian stranded tourists to return home.
