Abu Dhabi, UAE: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has introduced the Middle East’s first robotically-assisted bronchoscopy platform, enabling physicians to accurately biopsy small, hard-to-reach lung nodules that are often the earliest signs of lung cancer.
The MONARCH™ platform provides enhanced precision for minimally invasive diagnosis, helping improve early detection of Stage 1 lung cancer, where the five-year survival rate exceeds 70%. The technology can also diagnose metastatic lung cancer, benign lung nodules, tuberculosis, and inflammatory lung diseases.
