Dubai Health will introduce 24-hour operations at Al Lusaily Health Center from January 2026 to improve access to primary healthcare and respond to community feedback.

Dubai Health has announced that Al Lusaily Health Center will begin operating on a 24-hour basis from 1 January 2026, following feedback received from residents through the Dubai Health Majalis: Voice of the Community initiative. The platform enables community members to directly share their views and contribute to the development of healthcare services across the emirate.

The move expands Dubai Healthโ€™s network of round-the-clock health centers, aimed at improving access to care and enhancing the overall preparedness of the healthcare system. Officials said the initiative reflects ongoing efforts to align healthcare delivery with community needs.

Dubai Health currently manages 14 ambulatory health centers across Dubai, offering a wide range of primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. Services include preventive care, routine health screenings, and the management of chronic diseases through multidisciplinary care teams.

Khalifa Baqer, Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Health, said: โ€œThe transition to round-the-clock operations at Al Lusaily Health Center forms part of a broader set of initiatives driven by community feedback gathered through the Dubai Health Majalis. This initiative was launched in alignment with the Year of Community 2025 and reflects our commitment to putting community feedback into action while ensuring the continuity and advancement of our healthcare service delivery.โ€

Dr. Ayesha AlBasti, Chair of Family Medicine at Dubai Health, said: โ€œOperating Al Lusaily Health Center around the clock demonstrates our dedication to expanding accessible primary healthcare for the community, actively addressing the needs of Dubai residents. With this step, Al Lusaily Health Center will join the Nad Al Hamar, Al Barsha, and Dubai Airports medical centers, which also operate around the clock. The center will provide integrated medical care across several specialties, including family medicine and emergency care.โ€
