As part of the ongoing accreditation and standardization process, Accreditation Canada International (ACI) surveyors carried out an extensive multi-day inspection across Iranian Hospital Dubai. The evaluation covered a broad range of clinical, operational, and support services to assess compliance with internationally recognized standards of quality, safety, and patient-centred care.

Throughout the assessment, surveyors conducted structured interviews, reviewed documentation, observed workflows, and engaged directly with staff across all levels. The inspection focused on evaluating the hospital’s adherence to standards related to patient safety, clinical governance, risk management, operational readiness, and quality improvement.
Focus group sessions
As part of the accreditation methodology, three structured focus groups were held to gain deeper insight into organizational culture, communication, teamwork, and patient-centred practices, including: Staff Focus Group, People-Centred Care (PCC) Focus Group with Clients, Families, and Advisors, and Community Partners Focus Group.
