Catholic Health Australia has appointed Tim Udorovic as its new Chief Executive Officer. Udorovic brings extensive leadership experience across government, consulting, and mission-driven organisations. Most recently, he served in the Catholic education sector at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools, where he led enterprise-wide strategy, advocacy, and policy initiatives for Australiaโs largest non-government school system.
He has also worked as a senior ministerial adviser in federal and state governments and as a management consultant at KPMG Australia.
Chair of Catholic Health Australia, Jenny Parker, said Udorovic would bring significant expertise in strategy, corporate affairs, and mission-led advocacy.

โWe are thrilled to welcome Tim as our new CEO,โ Parker said. โHe will lead the implementation of a new three-year strategy that will guide our work as the largest network of not-for-profit health, aged care and community providers in Australia.โ
Udorovic said Catholic Health Australia plays an essential role during a time of major healthcare reform and sector pressure.
โCHA members support people at some of the most important and difficult moments in their lives,โ Udorovic said. โBy listening closely to our members, championing their impact and advocating strongly for policy settings that support better outcomes, CHA will continue to be a trusted voice for members.โ
Parker also thanked interim CEO Kathy Hilyard for her leadership in recent months. Katharine Bassett will act in the CEO role until Udorovic officially commences in late July.
