The database includes two separate rankings: one assessing research impact over a scientist’s entire career and another measuring impact over a single year. The 2026 update was published on 7 October, with the single-year ranking based on data and citations recorded in 2025.
The recognition highlights the international visibility of Kuwait-affiliated medical research and the contributions of researchers working in the field of surgery to the global scientific community.
