PureHealth has hired 100 People of Determination into roles across its Care & Cover network, expanding employment opportunities through its partnership with Abu Dhabiโs Department of Community Development (DCD), with support from the Department of Health โ Abu Dhabi (DoH).
The milestone reflects a broader effort to strengthen inclusive employment and create a healthcare workforce that provides opportunities for people with different abilities to contribute and develop professionally.

The new employees have taken on positions across a range of areas, including finance, marketing, human resources, operations and clinical functions. They are working across several PureHealth entities, including SEHA, SEHA CLINICS, Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, PureLab, Daman, PureCS, The Medical Office, Rafed, OneHealth, Tamouh and The Life Corner.

The partnership forms part of the DCDโs People of Determination Empowerment Plan and supports Abu Dhabiโs wider strategy to increase social and economic participation for People of Determination.
The collaboration also supports the UAEโs broader inclusion goals by encouraging equal access to employment and enabling People of Determination to contribute to the development of the healthcare sector.
