Manulife announced executive leadership changes across its Canada segment, Hong Kong operations, AI and Data, and Technology and Operations divisions as part of its long-term growth strategy.
The leadership changes, effective July 1, 2026, are designed to strengthen operational excellence, scale responsible AI adoption, and support execution of Manulifeโs refreshed enterprise strategy.
Patrick Graham has been appointed President & CEO of Manulife Canada, joining the Executive Leadership Team. Previously serving as CEO of Manulife Hong Kong & Macau, Graham brings more than 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services across Asia.
Wilton Kee will succeed Graham as CEO of Manulife Hong Kong & Macau, subject to regulatory approval. Kee previously served as CFO and Deputy CEO and has held multiple senior leadership roles since joining Manulife in 2013.
As Manulife expands its AI strategy, Jodie Wallis will now report directly to President and CEO Phil Witherington and join the Executive Leadership Team with expanded responsibilities covering both AI and enterprise data.
Shamus Weiland has been appointed Chief Technology & Operations Officer with an expanded remit following the planned retirement of Chief Operations Officer Rahul Joshi.
Additionally, Stephanie Fadous will assume accountability for Inforce Management and Reinsurance, while Global Chief Marketing Officer Karen Leggett announced plans to retire at the end of 2026.
