DUBLIN, Ohio- April 2025- Cardinal Health announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Advanced Diabetes Supply Group (ADSG). ADSG is a leading national direct-to-patient diabetes medical supplies provider that serves approximately 500,000 patients annually.

ADSG’s comprehensive solutions are tailored to support individual patients in their homes by providing innovative diabetes therapies like continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) from leading manufacturers. The acquisition is synergistic with Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions’ strategy to expand patients served and accelerate growth in key areas, including the increasing diabetes patient population. The ADSG team will become a part of Cardinal Health’s at-Home Solutions business.
