WHOOP has secured $575 million in a Series G funding round, pushing its valuation to $10.1 billion as it advances its global expansion and long-term strategy in personalized health.

The investment was led by Collaborative Fund, with participation from major global investors including Qatar Investment Authority, Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, and Macquarie Capital, among others.

The round also attracted prominent individual investors such as Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Virgil van Dijk, and Niall Horan, highlighting the companyโ€™s strong ties to elite performance and global culture.

The funding comes at a time when chronic diseases are on the rise globally, while healthcare systems continue to rely heavily on reactive models of care. With advancements in artificial intelligence and continuous biometric monitoring, WHOOP is positioning itself to support a shift toward predictive and preventive healthcare. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate its international growth and further scale its platform aimed at delivering real-time, personalized health insights.

โ€œOur raise brings together the worldโ€™s most sophisticated investors, leading health institutions, and iconic global athletes behind the mission to unlock human performance and healthspan,โ€ said Will Ahmed, Founder and CEO of WHOOP. โ€œWe are building the personal health platform that people use to improve their health and livelihood.โ€

โ€œWHOOP has become one of the most important tools I use to support my long-term health,โ€ said Cristiano Ronaldo, a WHOOP investor and global ambassador. โ€œI am proud to participate in this round because I believe in the future we are building together. No other company has created a health platform this powerful that people are proud to wear.โ€
