The WellSky Scribe for Home Health solution, part of the WellSky SkySense AI™ suite embedded within the WellSky Home Health electronic health record (EHR), delivers an AI-powered documentation experience that helps reduce manual documentation, enhance patient-provider connection, and improve the care experience for everyone. Using ambient listening and transcription, the solution captures natural conversations during in-home visits and populates the information into the WellSky Home Health EHR, creating a seamless workflow.

Following the visit, the WellSky Intelligent Language Assistant (WILA), an AI voice agent, helps clinicians complete any remaining documentation by guiding them through unanswered assessment questions and capturing responses directly into the record. Clinicians remain in full control, with the ability to review and confirm all documentation, ensuring accuracy while reducing time spent on manual data entry.
