Uniquely You Mental Health Center, the UAE’s first publicly neurodivergent-owned and operated mental health clinic, has officially launched in Dubai. Founded by Elaine Maichin, a CDA-licensed psychologist, US-Licensed Professional Counselor, and trauma therapist, the center offers neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed mental healthcare for individuals aged 13 and above, families, and professionals.
The clinic provides services including individual counseling, family therapy, autism and ADHD assessments, DBT group therapy, workshops, and support groups. It supports people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, parenting challenges, major life transitions, and workplace stress.

With a focus on autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodivergent conditions, the center aims to promote personalized care, self-awareness, and wellbeing. The launch aligns with the UAE’s growing emphasis on mental health and community-based support services.
