Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Chairman and CEO of Burjeel Holdings, said, “Artificial intelligence has the potential to fundamentally reshape how healthcare is delivered, but meaningful transformation begins with identifying the right problems and bringing together people who are willing to solve them. Through this initiative, we want to give young innovators an opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals, understand real clinical and operational challenges, and develop solutions that can create tangible value for patients. Nurturing local talent and giving young innovators in the UAE opportunities to solve real healthcare challenges is an important part of building the capabilities needed for the future.”
