Stepful and Mount Sinai Health System have announced a strategic collaboration to launch a specialized Patient Care Associate (PCA) training program aimed at strengthening the clinical support workforce across the New York City metropolitan area.
The 12-week program is designed to prepare individuals for ancillary clinical support roles through training in phlebotomy, electrocardiography (EKG), and direct patient care. Core competencies include blood draw techniques, specimen processing, vital sign monitoring, patient rounding, hygiene support, and mobility assistance.
