Singapore Diagnostics won Diagnostics Provider of the Year – Philippines and Facilities Improvement Initiative of the Year – Philippines in the Healthcare Asia Awards 2026.

The company grew from one facility in 2013 to over 70 facilities nationwide, with 1,400 laboratory partnerships that serve more than 2.25 million patients. This network delivers CAP-accredited testing, the only one of its kind in the Philippines since 2019. Accreditation meets the standards of top laboratories and ensures accurate, reliable results for doctors and patients.

Singapore Diagnostics extends access through innovative services. The #LABS service brings CAP-accredited tests to homes and served over 25,000 households in 2025. Specimen centres, now 21 nationwide, offer over 500 tests at very affordable prices. These centres support preventive care and early intervention without financial strain.

The Central Reference Laboratory anchors this expansion. This 2,500 sqm facility handles high-volume, genetic, and esoteric tests with fast turnaround times. It boosted patient capacity by 50%, from 2.25 million to over 3.3 million tests per year. Advanced automation and skilled staff enable timely decisions for early disease detection.

Logistics play a key role, too. The SGD LABS Logistics Network links systems across the archipelago. It ensures underserved areas receive the same quality diagnostics as urban centres through efficient sample transport.

The laboratory also trains Filipino scientists via hands-on programmes. This builds expertise and strengthens the healthcare workforce. Partner labs and clinics gain access to advanced testing without major upgrades.
