Riyadh, Saudi Arabia- December 2023- The ACHS International Quality Improvement Award 2023 in the ‘Healthcare Measurement’ category goes to Saudi German Health (SGH), a prominent healthcare group in the MENA region. SGH is now the first healthcare group in the Middle East to receive this prestigious honour from ACHSI, a globally recognized body dedicated to improving healthcare standards.

This award indicates SGH’s constant dedication to providing its patients and the community with genuine value. The accomplishment stems from the execution of a thorough project named “Measuring Up: How to Implement a Data-Driven Value Based Care Program,” which is built on a standardized measurement framework. This represents a noticeable advancement in the quality of healthcare.

Moreover, SGH is unique in that it places an intense focus on measuring healthcare outcomes as a critical component of improving patient care and organizational performance.
The group has made a significant contribution to this accomplishment. Also, It became the first healthcare provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to incorporate value-based care concepts into its basic operations.
