Cosmos Health has entered the Saudi Arabian market through an exclusive distribution agreement with Innova Healthcare for its Sky Premium Life range of food supplements.
Under the agreement, Innova Healthcare will serve as the exclusive distributor of the products across Saudi Arabia, covering pharmacies, retail outlets and online platforms. The partnership includes an initial purchase order for 126,000 units.
The agreement has an initial five-year term, with the possibility of renewal for another five years. Cosmos Health expects orders to exceed 5 million units during the initial term, subject to market conditions and the expansion of Innova’s retail network.

Innova operates more than 250 pharmacies across Saudi Arabia and has plans to expand its network further. The company will handle product registration with Saudi authorities, as well as distribution, promotion, logistics and sales.

The partnership provides Cosmos Health with an entry point into Saudi Arabia’s growing nutraceuticals market, which was valued at approximately $3.26 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $5.96 billion by 2033, according to Grand View Research.
The agreement builds on Cosmos Health’s existing presence in the UAE and wider Gulf region as the company expands its Middle East operations.
