As Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer at Xenter, Brandon Rowberry leads a dynamic career in the fast-moving tech sector. Yet, beyond boardrooms and digital strategies, he finds fulfillment in service, nature, and meaningful experiences.
For Rowberry, weekends are a structured blend of activity and purpose. “Saturday: Workout in the morning, organize midday, catch up with family and friends in the evening. Sunday: Lead church services in the morning, spend the afternoon and evening giving service to those in need. It recharges my batteries when I have the opportunity to serve others.”
Among his most impactful experiences was a two-month family stay in Madagascar, where they engaged in community service and connected with humble families across the country. “Our entire family spent two months living in Madagascar, giving service to the community and meeting humble families from coast to coast. My children walked away from the experience more grateful than ever.”
A firm believer in the power of the outdoors, Rowberry has always been drawn to nature. “I love outdoor activities! I grew up not far from the Rocky Mountains in the United States. I have always preferred to be outdoors and enjoy all that nature has to offer.”
Beyond nature, cinema holds a special place in his heart. His first-ever movie theater experience was watching Star Wars, a cherished memory from childhood. “Star Wars was the first movie I ever saw in a movie theater. Growing up, we never went to the theater, but my parents saved up enough to take the family to this fun, special treat. Star Wars holds fond memories for me as a young boy.”
When it comes to life philosophy, one quote has stayed with him: “Forget yourself, and get to work.” He explains, “It’s a quote from a hero of mine. What that means to me is that I shouldn’t get too caught up in my own problems, and those problems will get settled when I help others.”
Through structured weekends, outdoor escapes, and a commitment to service, Rowberry has found a way to balance professional demands with personal fulfillment, proving that leadership isn’t just about work, but about making a lasting impact.
