Rouba Esreb is a dedicated pharmaceutical professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in community pharmacy, pharmacy management, and patient-centred healthcare. A long-time resident of the United Arab Emirates since 1986, Rouba completed her entire education within the country, graduating with honours from the University of Sharjah. Today, she serves as the Group Pharmacy Manager at CHS Group, a proud member of the esteemed Pharmatrade Group, where she oversees 14 branches across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
From her early days as a trainee pharmacist to her current leadership position, Rouba’s professional journey has been defined by integrity, continuous learning, and a deep passion for service. She leads with a collaborative and empowering approach, believing strongly in building trust, fostering motivation, and creating environments where individuals thrive. Her strategic mindset, communication skills, and ability to lead under pressure have consistently contributed to enhanced operational performance and elevated standards of customer care.

She has trained at world-renowned institutions such as Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and several leading hospitals in Dubai. Her commitment to professional development is evident through a wide range of certifications and accolades, including multiple awards at DUPHAT for public health-focused poster and oral presentations.
