MyOme, Inc. and Oracle have announced a collaboration to expand access to predictive genomic insights globally, combining MyOme’s clinical whole-genome analysis platform with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Under the collaboration, MyOme’s predictive genomic insights platform and testing services running on OCI are now available worldwide. MyOme has also joined Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), enabling it to reach more healthcare organisations through the Oracle ecosystem and Oracle Marketplace.

MyOme uses whole-genome sequencing and analysis to assess genetic variants alongside clinical risk factors. Its platform generates integrated polygenic risk scores for conditions including coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, prostate cancer and breast cancer, alongside monogenic findings and pharmacogenomic guidance.

The platform sequences an individual’s whole genome once, allowing the resulting data to be re-analysed as a patient’s health needs evolve and new scientific knowledge becomes available. MyOme uses AI-driven population-scale models and OCI’s computing capabilities to process large volumes of genomic data.
