The partnership combines IntelliTek Health’s healthcare-focused AI solutions with Promevo’s expertise in Google Cloud, Gemini and enterprise AI, helping healthcare organizations securely scale AI while reducing administrative workloads and improving clinical capacity and operational efficiency.

The platform supports applications including ambient clinical documentation, care plan automation, patient engagement, workflow optimization and remote patient monitoring.
