Sidra Medicine has expanded its medical education efforts with the launch of a new Medical Observership Program and the continued rollout of its Future Doctor Program, creating learning opportunities for both aspiring and established healthcare professionals.

The new observership initiative offers structured, non-clinical learning experiences for healthcare professionals, trainees, medical students, and academic visitors. Participants can observe clinical workflows, multidisciplinary care models, patient safety practices, and operational standards across specialties such as pediatrics, women’s services, neonatology, surgery, and diagnostic support services.

Alongside this, the Future Doctor Program continues to introduce secondary school students aged 15 to 18 to healthcare careers through simulation-based learning, mentorship, department visits, and first aid and emergency response training. Hosted at Sidra Medicine’s Simulation Center, the five-day program also includes certification opportunities accredited by the American Heart Association.
