Pleasanton, California: Healthcare Triangle, Inc. has joined the Kanzun-ARCB Growth Fund as its U.S. technology and capital-markets partner, supporting a new cross-border platform designed to help Malaysian healthcare and AI companies expand into international markets.

The fund was established through a Memorandum of Understanding between Dubai-based ARCB Investment LLC and Malaysia-based Kanzun Ventures Management Sdn. Bhd. The partnership aims to connect Malaysian healthcare businesses with investment networks in the Middle East and provide a pathway towards U.S. capital markets.

ARCB brings approximately AED 300 million in assets under management, along with relationships with family offices, institutional investors and strategic partners across the Middle East and Asia. The firm opened its Asia-Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur in April 2026.

Dr Suresh Venkatachari, Founder and Head of M&A of Healthcare Triangle, Inc., said: “We are pleased to collaborate with ARCB and Kanzun Ventures in evaluating opportunities within the Malaysian AI and healthcare sector. We look forward to supporting qualifying companies in their AI technology transformation and evaluating appropriate strategic pathways to expand in U.S. markets.”

Mr Loganathan S., Chief Executive Officer of Kanzun Ventures Management Sdn. Bhd., said: “Malaysia has healthcare entrepreneurs who have spent many years building strong businesses, but many of these companies remain relatively small from an international capital-market perspective. Working with ARCB gives us access to an international capital network, while our collaboration with Healthcare Triangle provides an important connection to healthcare technology and the U.S. market.”

Under the partnership, Kanzun will focus on identifying potential healthcare investments in Malaysia, conducting due diligence, assessing valuations and supporting portfolio development. ARCB will lead capital formation through its regional investor network.

Healthcare Triangle will support selected companies as they prepare for international expansion, drawing on its expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data and digital infrastructure. Its role will include strengthening technology capabilities and helping businesses prepare for U.S. market and capital-market requirements.
