The initiative successfully exchanged HEDISยฎ-relevant clinical data for more than 5,000 attributed members while validating data completeness for reporting.
Results showed significant operational improvements, including a reduction of approximately $50 per chart in chart-chasing costs for MultiCare and a 175% improvement in medical record procurement performance. Automated retrieval also reduced data export timelines from days or weeks to minutes.
