February 2025- Meridian HealthCare announced the appointment of two new site directors: Tarah Lattanzio and Megan McCabe. Their combined experience and dedication will enhance Meridian’s ability to deliver exceptional care and operational excellence.
Tarah Lattanzio has been appointed as Site Director for the Judge Joseph Donofrio Center, where she will manage the center’s operations and oversee Meridian’s housing sites. A valued team member since 2018, Lattanzio began her journey with Meridian as Human Resources Manager, advancing to Director of Operations at the Donofrio Center in 2023. With more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, and Operations Management, Lattanzio brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to her role.

Additionally, Megan McCabe is joining Meridian as Site Director for the Meridian Road and Warren campuses, where she will be responsible for daily operations and administrative supervision. McCabe brings a wealth of knowledge gained from her five years of experience in Facility Operations and Management at a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). When asked about joining the Meridian team, McCabe shared, “I’m inspired by the dedication everyone at Meridian has for serving the community. It’s a privilege to join a team that shares my values and commitment to providing accessible, high-quality care.”
