Greg Lewis Appointed as Director to Medtronic Board

Lewis will play integral roles on the Board, serving as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Finance and Financial Risk Committee. Geoff Martha, Medtronic’s Chairman and CEO, expressed excitement about Lewis joining the team, citing his extensive financial leadership experience across diverse industries as a valuable asset for Medtronic’s transformative journey toward sustainable growth. Greg Lewis, whose career spans prominent companies like Honeywell, Kraft Foods, Tyco International, and the Stanley Works, brings a wealth of expertise to this new role, backed by an MBA from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.
