Excitement is building in Dubai as the city gets ready to host the much-anticipated Dubai Run 2023. Presented by Mai Dubai and supported by Sun & Sand Sports, this epic event is part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC). Now in its fifth edition, it promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
In collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism has opened registrations for the Dubai Run 2023. This iconic run is expected to involve over 200,000 participants. It will take place on Sunday, November 26, during the final weekend of DFC 2023.
One of the distinguishing features of the Dubai Run is its inclusivity. Encouraging runners and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities to register, creating a perfect family event. Whether a pro or novice, seize the opportunity to join an emirate-wide fitness extravaganza.
Participants can choose between two routes. The five-kilometer Downtown Family route, ideal for families and runners of all levels, will start near the Museum of the Future and take participants past Dubai Opera, Dubai Mall, and the iconic Burj Khalifa. For those looking for a more challenging run, there’s the 10-kilometer Sheikh Zayed Road route, stretching from Sheikh Zayed Road to Dubai Canal before looping back and finishing at Al Mustaqbal Street near the Dubai International Financial Centre.
