Dallah Healthcare continues to expand its healthcare services and boost investment growth with its new acquisition and subscription agreement with Ayyan Investment Company. This agreement involves acquiring 100% of Al-Salam Medical Services Company in Khobar and 97.4% of Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company in Hofuf by increasing Dallah Healthcare’s capital through the issuance of new shares to Ayyan Investment Company.

The signing of this agreement is subject to obtaining the necessary approvals from official authorities. It reflects Dallah Healthcare’s commitment to geographic expansion to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in various cities across the Kingdom.

Commenting on this move, Eng. Tarek bin Othman Al-Kasabi, Chairman of Dallah Healthcare, said: “The company is steadily and diligently implementing a solid and ongoing strategy for growth and expansion in providing high-quality medical care services across different regions of the Kingdom. The Eastern Province is particularly important due to its proximity to Gulf countries like Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.”

Dr. Ahmed Baabir, CEO of Dallah Healthcare, mentioned that Al-Salam Hospital in Khobar and Al-Ahsa Hospital in Hofuf will be valuable additions to Dallah Healthcare’s network of hospitals, which includes Dallah Al Nakheel Hospital, Dallah Namar Hospital, Kingdom Hospital and Consulting Clinics (58.64% ownership), Dr. Mohammed Al-Faqih Hospital (31.21% ownership) in Riyadh, the International Medical Center (27.18% ownership) in Jeddah, and Makkah Medical Center Hospital (92% ownership) in Makkah. In addition, Dallah Healthcare operates a chain of clinics, Dallah Home Care, and Dallah Pharma for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Previously, Dallah Healthcare announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Ayyan Investment Company to purchase its shares in both Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company, which owns Al-Ahsa Hospital in Hofuf, and Al-Salam Medical Services Company, which owns Al-Salam Hospital in Khobar. It is worth noting that Dallah Healthcare currently includes a number of hospitals and clinics and provides home care services. Last year, the number of patients who visited Dallah Healthcare’s hospitals exceeded 2.5 million.
