Concurrently, the Group strengthens its Supervisory Board with the addition of Paul Navarre as Chairman, along with the esteemed appointments, Dr. Nuala Murphy and Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas. These strategic additions bring international expertise that will support the Group’s expansion in clinical pathology across Europe, Africa, and North America, catering to clinical trials, routine, and specialty clinical pathology.

Emmanuel Ligner is set to assume his role as CEO on March 1st, 2024. Until then, Paul Navarre will serve as the Group’s CEO, supported by Jérôme Thill as Senior Advisor and Philippe Buhl as Managing Director.
