Burjeel Holdings has appointed Reuben George Joseph as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026, as the healthcare group strengthens its financial leadership for its next phase of growth.
Reuben currently serves as General Manager โ Transformation at Burjeel Holdings, where he has been involved in strategic finance, capital allocation, corporate development and transformation initiatives. His new role is expected to provide continuity and strengthen the groupโs financial oversight.

A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, Reuben has worked across financial reporting, governance, treasury, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, valuation and finance transformation. Before joining Burjeel Holdings, he served as Chief Financial Officer of VPS Health and has also held senior advisory and board positions.

Reuben will succeed Muhammed Shihabuddin, who will remain CFO until September 30, 2026, supporting a smooth transition before the appointment takes effect.
