The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and the Department of Health โ€“ Abu Dhabi (DoH) have launched an integrated digital service for the electronic issuance and attestation of birth and death certificates through TAMM, Abu Dhabiโ€™s government services platform.

The new service allows residents to complete the issuance and attestation process through a single digital journey, available around the clock. The integration is designed to reduce administrative steps, improve processing times and provide a more secure and convenient experience for individuals and families.

The initiative supports Abu Dhabiโ€™s wider efforts to accelerate digital transformation and create more connected government services. By enabling data exchange and interoperability between government entities, the new system brings multiple procedures together through one platform.

His Excellency Khalaf Helal Al Mazrouei, Director General of Corporate Enablement and Community Services at the Department of Health โ€“ Abu Dhabi (DoH) said: “Our collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs exemplifies our commitment to enhancing customer experience and delivering seamless, user-centred services through unified digital channels. This initiative supports our vision of building one of the worldโ€™s most intelligent and resilient healthcare ecosystems by elevating administrative processes and improving service quality. Through combining issuance and attestation into a single streamlined digital journey, we are driving operational efficiency and accelerating Abu Dhabiโ€™s ambition for an integrated, digitally empowered government.”
