FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J- BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company, recently announced that the Disability Equality Index (DEI) has named it a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion for the sixth consecutive year.
The DEI is the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool measuring disability workplace inclusion, and BD has earned the highest possible score (100) for the third straight year. Also, the 2024 DEI evaluated organizations on areas including culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement and supplier diversity. Organizations scoring 80 or higher are recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
