Avista Healthcare Partners and Damier Group have signed a definitive agreement to acquire sanotact Group GmbH, a German vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) platform. Existing investor FLOTTE Beteiligungen GmbH will reinvest alongside the new shareholders.
Headquartered in Münster, Germany, sanotact develops, manufactures, and commercializes VMS products through its CDMO platform and branded portfolio, including the sanotact® brand, serving customers across 80 international markets.
