Aspen announces collaboration with the European Menopause and Andropause Society (EMAS) on a dedicated educational webinar series for healthcare professionals focused on the Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM).

GSM is a highly prevalent yet often underdiagnosed and undertreated condition that significantly impacts the quality of life of postmenopausal women. The webinar series brings together leading experts in womenโ€™s health from across Europe to address key aspects of GSM, including its underlying pathophysiology, symptom burden, and the challenges contributing to underdiagnosis and undertreatment. Discussions also focused on improving early recognition, strengthening patientโ€“physician communication, and applying practical approaches to the diagnosis and management of GSM in daily clinical practice.

Across the series, speakers shared expert perspectives and real-world experience to support the optimisation of care pathways for women with GSM.

This collaboration with EMAS reflects Aspenโ€™s continued commitment to supporting medical education and scientific exchange in the field of womenโ€™s health. By providing healthcare professionals with evidence-based clinical knowledge and practical insights, the initiative aims to bridge knowledge gaps and contribute to ongoing improvements in the standard of care.
