Organised around four pillars of Abu Dhabiโs Healthy Living movement โ movement, nutrition, sleep and mental wellbeing โ the festival aims to encourage a shift from reactive healthcare towards prevention and proactive health management. Taking place during the UAEโs Year of the Family, it also highlights the role of families in building healthy habits across generations through shared learning and participation.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the Festival of Health continues to support Abu Dhabiโs long-term public health priorities through collaboration between government entities, private organisations and communities. Beyond the event, the initiative aims to inspire lasting behavioural changes and encourage residents to take an active role in improving their health and wellbeing.
